There are several challenges to face with regard to the cooperative, social and solidarity-based economy. For example, it is important to increase their role and share in our economies, as this can be a way to overcome the new obstacles to the creation of jobs and wealth.

It is also important for society as a whole to become more familiar with these economic practices and the values associated with them. For this reason, services and mechanisms are being put in place to support local projects and initiatives, all in order to help civil society better organise itself to strengthen the community links that bind the region together.

The intention is to offer recipients for a regular series of subsidies to projects in the cooperative, social and solidarity-based economy, with municipalities and local authorities in charge of identifying and recipients and promoting the subsidies. This project is designed to help strengthen the network of the cooperative, social and solidarity-based economy and to help create spaces where people can come together to promote these kinds of activities.
